Applications are invited to attend an online interview on January 20, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Division of Genetics, ICARIndian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi – 110012 for the following project. The posts are purely on contractual basis. Eligible candidates are requested to send their filled-in application in the enclosed Performa, scan of original documents along with self-attested copies of those documents to wheatlab32@gmail.com on or before 15th January, 2025. The applications will be screened for eligibility, and selected candidates will be called for an online interview. Original documents will be verified during recruitment. If any candidate is found to have submitted false claims at a later stage, their candidature will be summarily rejected.

Terms & Conditions 1. Age limit: Maximum age 35 years for SRF/JRF (age relaxation of five years for SC/ST & women and three years for OBC). 2. The posts are purely temporary and will be filled on contractual basis initially for up to 31.03.2025 or till completion of project whichever is earlier and may be extended periodically subject to performance till the termination of the project. 3. The selected candidate shall not claim regular appointment at this Institute, as the post is co-terminus with the project. 4. The candidates will have to compulsorily send a filled-in application form (as per the format annexed), all the scan certificates from matriculation onwards, date of birth certificate, NET/equivalent certificate, degree certificate, either original or provisional, and a recent photograph enclosed onto the scan application form. Proof of experience and publications will also be required. The selected candidate will be required to produce all the original documents and medical certificate at the time of joining. 5. No TA/DA/ any other expenses will be paid for attending the interview. 6. Only the candidates having essential qualifications would be entertained for the interview. 7. Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification or termination. 8. The candidates intending to attend the online interview, if any of his near or distant relative is an employee of the ICAR/IARI, have to declare his/her name, designation, nature of duties, relationship in writing before interview. If on the time of interview such declaration is furnished and found that his relative is an employee of ICAR/IARI, such candidate will not be allowed to appear in the interview. 9. All the other candidates are also required compulsorily submit the declaration duly signed in the format annexed along with other documents. 10.In case of any disputes, it will be resolved in the jurisdiction of New Delhi court only.

The journey of Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), popularly known as Pusa Institute, began in 1905 at Pusa (Bihar) with the generous grant of 30,000 pounds from an American philanthropist, Mr. Henry Phipps. 4. Stay organized

You're more likely to forget things if your home is cluttered or your notes are in disarray. Keep track of tasks, appointments and other events in a notebook, calendar or electronic planner. You might even repeat each entry out loud as you write it down to help keep it in your memory. Keep to-do lists up to date. Check off items you've finished. Keep your wallet, keys, glasses and other essential items in a set place in your home so they are easy to find.

Limit distractions. Don't do too many things at once. If you focus on the information that you're trying to remember, you're more likely to recall it later. It also might help to connect what you're trying to remember to a favorite song or a familiar saying or idea.

5. Sleep well

Not getting enough sleep has been linked to memory loss. So has restless sleep and sleep that gets disturbed often. Make getting enough healthy sleep a priority. Adults should sleep 7 to 9 hours a night on a regular basis. If snoring disrupts sleep, make an appointment to see your health care provider. Snoring could be a sign of a sleep disorder, such as sleep apnea.

6. Eat a healthy diet

A healthy diet is good for your brain. Eat fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Choose low-fat protein sources, such as fish, beans and skinless poultry. What you drink also counts. Too much alcohol can lead to confusion and memory loss.

7. Manage chronic health problems

Follow your health care provider's advice for dealing with medical conditions, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, depression, hearing loss and obesity. The better you take care of yourself, the better your memory is likely to be. Regularly review the medicines you take with your health care provider. Some medicines can affect memory.

To effectively communicate and have an impact, speaking requires a variety of distinct talents. To be understood, you must at the very least choose the appropriate words, arrange them correctly, and pronounce them correctly.



Listening to English has several benefits – it allows you to pick up new words, phrases, and ways to respond in conversations. Secondly, listening provides opportunities to understand pronunciation, how some words are omitted when speaking, how some are joined together, the rhythm, the intonation, and the sounds of language.
