Key Job Requirements

Bioassay: Experience in cell-based and in-vitro potency assays, protocol generation, method validation and method transfer. Knowledge of ICH and USP guidelines is preferred.

Analytical: Experience in physicochemical characterization and techniques such as HPLC/UPLC, CE, UV and protein analysis.

Manufacturing – DSP/USP: Experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, including mammalian cell culture, single-use bioreactors, shake flasks, perfusion, protein purification, chromatography, TFF and virus filtration.
