Constipation causes difficulty passing stools.
Constipation is a common cause of painful defecation. Treatments include changes in dietary habits, laxatives, enemas, and in particular situations surgery may be required.

1. Castor Oil
Simply swallow one to
two teaspoons of castor oil on an empty stomach.
2. Get Your Fiber

average, a woman needs around 25 gm/day
Man
needs between 30 to 35 gm/day.
Following foods are
recommended for better laxative properties.

3. Lemon juice and Honey
Take
some warm water and add lemon juice and honey to it. Lemon is a stimulant for your digestive
system and can help flush out toxins.
Honey cuts the sour taste and works as a mild laxative.
4. Baking soda
Take 1 teaspoon of baking soda and about 1/4th cup of warm water.
This mix also works for acidity and mild stomach pain.
5. Fennel
Fennel seeds are useful
in treating issues like indigestion, bloating, constipation and irritable bowel
syndrome (IBS)
Take
half a teaspoon of roasted fennel seed powder t daily with warm water.
6. Coffee.
Caffeine is a natural
stimulant for the digestive system.
*Coffee
is a diuretic and makes you urinate more frequently, and if you drink it an
excess.
7. Aloe
Drink one cup of Aloe vera juice in the morning.
