1. Ginger tea:
Ginger root can help to
treat number of GIT related symptoms like nausea, Acid reflux and Indigestion
etc….
Sipping a cup of ginger
tea before meal can calm down your tummy and acts as acid buffer.
Preparation
of ginger tea:
select fresh gingers and wash then slice up roots in to small pieces and
add cup of water in a utensil and simmer gently for 15 to 20 minutes before
meal

Aloe is a plant used to
soothe burns; it also helps to treat heartburn and reduces inflammation.
If
you feel your stomach gets irritated, inflamed, or your esophagus feels burning
sensation try ½ cup of Aloe juice, remember that aloevera can act as a
laxative.
3. Banana or Apple:
Eat
well ripen one Banana daily, banana is an antacid, it acts as a buffer against reflux. Apple also helps
when you feel discomfort with GIT.
4. Mustard:
Mustard
is an Alkalizing food that is full of minerals contains weak acid in the form
of vinegar. It neutralize the acid that may come creeping up your throat,
