Job Responsibilities

Review loan packages and prepare Closing Disclosures (CDs).

Coordinate with Title & Settlement Agents to ensure on-time loan closures.

Request fees from settlement agents & prepare preliminary closing disclosures.

Issue initial & revised CDs to clients.

Verify HOI, flood insurance, flood certifications, Title commitment, tax certificates, deed ownership, loan approval docs.

Ensure all data in the Closing Disclosure is accurate and compliant.

 Required Skills

1-3 years' experience in Mortgage Loan Origination (US process).

Strong knowledge of mortgage concepts (Closing, Title, Settlement, CD, Insurance).

Proficiency in MS Office tools

High attention to detail.

Strong written communication skills.

Good analytical skills.
