Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables.

Respond to customer requests via phone/email to ensure satisfaction.

Analyze medical insurance claims for quality checks.

Research and resolve routine customer inquiries.

Maintain knowledge of US healthcare insurance processes, RCM, and AR cycle.

Candidate Requirements

Freshers (2025 passed outs) can apply (no arrears).

High School Diploma/Graduate (any stream).

Basic computer skills (Windows, keyboard navigation, MS tools).

0-6 months of customer service experience (voice/non-voice) is an advantage.

Comfortable working in US night shifts:

8:30 PM 5:30 AM OR 10:30 PM-7:30 AM IST.

Must be flexible for overtime/weekends based on client needs.

Should have good English communication skills

Important Notes

Orientation & process training will be given post-selection (must clear proficiency test).

Work mode: Onsite in Chennai (after training/onboarding).
