 Job Role: International Customer Support - Voice Process

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (both accepted)

Experience: 1-4 years in International Voice Process (X Freshers not eligible)

Must be flexible with rotational shifts (24/7 support)

 Job Responsibilities:

Handle and resolve international customer queries via voice support

Manage escalations & complaints with best possible resolutions

Ensure closure of faults/complaints within SLA timelines

Deliver customer service that transforms into a value-generating service

Work as an individual contributor under team supervision

Follow standard processes and guidelines to resolve routine problems

Skills Required:

Excellent spoken English (neutral/clear accent)

Problem-solving skills with logical reasoning

Adaptability & flexibility to handle different situations

Ability to perform under pressure

Quick learner with results-driven mindset
