Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to insurance companies to resolve Accounts Receivable (AR)

Analyze denials, billing issues, claim errors

Work towards payment collection, appeals, or adjustments

Meet SLA targets for productivity & quality

Document call outcomes clearly in the billing system

Stay updated with policies and procedures (P&Ps)

3. Versant Test (Language Assessment)

4. Operational/Technical Interview

Work Environment:

Shift Timings:

5:30 PM-2:30 AM

7:00 PM-4:00 AM

(Rotational Night Shifts - US process)

Work Days: Monday - Friday (Sat & Sun fixed off)
