JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for Monitoring, calibrating the Inspections & Test the Quality of Milk & Milk Products with ISO Standards by implementing Cleanliness, Hygiene and Food Safety Management Practices.
Job Description: Incharge - Quality
- Ensure the quality of raw milk, processing, and finished dairy products.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures and food safety standards.
- Conduct regular lab tests, inspections, and audits.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP).
- Train and supervise quality assurance staff.
- Investigate customer complaints and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams for quality improvement.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to quality performance.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance within the dairy or food industry.
- Strong understanding of ISO, FSSAI, and HACCP standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and train QA teams effectively.
