JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for Monitoring, calibrating the Inspections & Test the Quality of Milk & Milk Products with ISO Standards by implementing Cleanliness, Hygiene and Food Safety Management Practices.

Job Description: Incharge - Quality

• Ensure the quality of raw milk, processing, and finished dairy products.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures and food safety standards.
• Conduct regular lab tests, inspections, and audits.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP).
• Train and supervise quality assurance staff.
• Investigate customer complaints and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams for quality improvement.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to quality performance.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance within the dairy or food industry.
• Strong understanding of ISO, FSSAI, and HACCP standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and train QA teams effectively.
