Roles & Responsibilities:
Review and analyze patient medical records and documents.
Assign accurate medical codes (CPT, ICD, HCPCS) based on documentation.
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and standards.

Requirements:
CPC Certification is mandatory.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
Good communication and analytical skills.
