Handle international customer queries via voice process

Deliver world-class customer service with professionalism

Adapt to night shifts and changing business schedules

Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: ₹3.85 - ₹4.56 LPA

Zeta Meal Card: ₹13,200 PA

Internet Allowance: ₹15,000 PA (for WFH only)

Night Shift Allowance: ₹150-225 per shift
