Location: Electronic City, Bengaluru (Work from Office)

Key Details

Experience Required: 1-2 years (Financial Services preferred)

Qualification: Any Full-time Graduate

Shift: US Night Shift (9:30 PM 7:00 AM IST)

Mode of Work: 100% Work from Office

Responsibilities

Execute transactions per prescribed guidelines and timelines

Maintain accuracy in updating and reconciling accounts

Consistently meet SLA performance parameters

Act as an interface with employees/vendors for account updates

Mandatory Requirements

Graduation completion certificate & mark sheets (for onboarding)

Willingness to work night shifts (US timings)

100% WFO (no remote/hybrid)

Completion of client-specific training programs
