Role Details
Position: Transaction - Backend Operations (Non-Voice)
Experience: 1-2 years (Healthcare/Claims/Non-Voice domain preferred)
Education: Only Non-Tech Graduates eligible
Shifts: 24*7 rotational shifts
Responsibilities
Perform data entry of member, provider & claim details
Validate information and ensure accuracy
Identify duplicate claims and take corrective action
Investigate alerts, policy messages & hospital contracts
Refer cases to calling or specialist teams as required
Detect fraud/overcharges and ensure compliance
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of healthcare & medical terminologies
Eye for detail & investigative skills
Analytical thinking with good comprehension & interpretation
Excellent English (writter & verbal)
