Job Highlights

Shift: Night shift (5:00 PM 5:00 AM) with 2 weekly offs

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 customer support for HR service delivery

Handle inbound calls/emails and ensure issue resolution

Escalate unresolved queries to internal teams as per process

Ensure compliance with GDPR and security verification protocols

Support recruitment activities and candidate queries

Maintain documentation, SOPs, and process updates

Ensure SLA targets and high customer satisfaction levels

Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong knowledge of MS Office & Ticketing Systems (ServiceNow preferred)

Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude

Quick learner, disciplined, punctual, and tearn-oriented

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
