Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to insurance companies/end customers for eligibility verification, authorization, and claim information.

Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries, payments, and complaints with first-call resolution.

Update and manage customer interactions daily using workflow systems.

Ensure compliance with US healthcare guidelines and internal process policies.

Achieve performance metrics (KPI, SLA, quality standards).

Collaborate with teams to enhance process efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong verbal and written communication (neutral accent, US culture adaptability).

Active listening, empathy, and customer service orientation.

Good typing and data entry skills.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

Education: Graduation (any stream)

Experience: Minimum 12-24 months in international voice processes, preferably AR calling, patient handling, or provider/DME domain.
