Aspiro Pharma Limited – Specialities, a unit of the Hetero Group, is conducting a walk-in interview for experienced candidates in the Engineering and Production departments for its injectable/sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Engineering – Key Skills

Process Instrumentation:

• PLC / HMI / SCADA

• Calibration and troubleshooting

• Filling machines, lyophilizers and autoclaves

• HVAC, PW/WFI and CIP/SIP

• IQ/OQ/PQ

• RCA/CAPA and GMP

Process Mechanical:

• Filling and capping equipment

• Lyophilizers, autoclaves and vial washers

• Pumps, valves and piping

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance

• Qualification and commissioning

• RCA/CAPA 

Production – Filling / Vial Capping / Vial Washing

Selected candidates will be involved in:

• Operating washing, filling and capping machines

• Machine setup, changeover and line clearance

• Monitoring process and machine parameters

• Washing, filling, stoppering and capping operations

• IPC checks and issue reporting

• Following GMP, SOP, BMR/BPR and aseptic practices

• Maintaining production records

• Reporting breakdowns, deviations and alarms

• Coordination with QA/IPQA and Engineering

• Maintaining cleanroom hygiene and EHS requirements

Relevant experience in injectable/aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
