Key Skills Required
Microbiology: Environmental monitoring, water analysis, sterility testing, BET, microbial assay, media preparation and GLP.
Quality Control: HPLC, GC, GLP/GMP compliance and knowledge of EU regulatory standards.
Production: Manufacturing of liquid vials, ampoules and PFS, batch record management and GMP compliance. Lyophilization experience is an added advantage.
Quality Assurance: IPQA, GMP monitoring, validation, qualification, QMS and CSV.
Packing: Parenteral packing of vials, ampoules, DP and PFS. Track & trace, blister packing and auto-cartonator experience are required.
Analytical Development: Method validation and hands-on experience with parenteral formulations.
