Production (API)

Candidates should have experience in API/Bulk Drug manufacturing and related production activities. Key requirements include:

• Handling API and Bulk Drug Units in shifts

• Shift manpower planning and allocation

• Experience with reactors, centrifuges, pressure reactions and hydrogenation

• Exposure to regulatory audits

IPQA – In-Process Quality Assurance

Candidates should have knowledge of GMP and experience in IPQA activities, including:

• Sampling and labelling

• Issuance and dispatch of raw materials and packing materials

• GMP compliance

• Regulatory audit exposure

AQA – Analytical Quality Assurance

The AQA role involves:

• Analytical data review

• QMS documentation

• Computer System Validation (CSV)

• Review of calibration records

• Verification of analytical methods and related activities
