Key Profile Requirements

Engineering: Experience in equipment preventive maintenance, HVAC/AHU, electrical operations, and pharmaceutical water systems such as RO, UF, EDI, UV and WFI.

Production: Experience in plasma fractionation, downstream plasma manufacturing, injectable drug-product manufacturing, aseptic filling, and related production activities.

Quality Assurance: Experience in IPQA, line clearance, cleanroom and aseptic activities, BMR review, QMS, change controls, deviations/incidents, QRM, CAPA and self-inspections.

Quality Control: Hands-on experience with HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, Zone Electrophoresis and Kjeldahl methods, along with knowledge of WHO guidelines, cGMP, GMP, GDP and data integrity.

AR&D: Knowledge of biologics/proteins with experience in HPLC and ELISA-based techniques, documentation and communication skills.
