Cipla Limited is conducting a Walk-In Interview for freshers for multiple Apprentice opportunities at its Patalganga, Maharashtra facility. The openings are available in OSD Formulation, API Production, Engineering, Quality Control and Quality Assurance departments.

Candidates from the 2025–26 passing batch with relevant Pharmacy, Chemistry and Engineering qualifications can attend the walk-in interview.

Key Responsibilities

OSD Formulation:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing processes as per SOPs.

• Maintain process parameters and product quality.

• Perform equipment cleaning and changeover activities.

• Maintain batch documentation and follow GMP requirements.

API Production:

• Gain practical exposure to API manufacturing and unit operations.

• Operate equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, filters and dryers.

• Follow cGMP, safety and equipment-cleaning procedures.

Engineering:

• Support maintenance, troubleshooting and plant operations.

• Assist with preventive maintenance activities.

• Work with mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems.

Quality Control:

• Perform chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples and finished products.

• Work with instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, FTIR and dissolution apparatus.

• Maintain analytical data and support instrument calibration.

Quality Assurance:

• Perform in-process checks during API manufacturing.

• Monitor critical process parameters and deviations.

• Support validated processes and QA activities.
