Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice / Blended)

Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Shift: 5 working days, 2 rotational offs, rotational shifts (including weekends & holidays)
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism.
Resolve customer queries/issues and provide accurate information.
Share product/service details with customers.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
Work in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification:
12th pass (if experienced in customer support).
Graduation mandatory for freshers.
