Job Highlights

Opportunity in Pharmaceutical & Vaccine Manufacturing operations.

Hands-on work with pharma equipment, sterilization, and cleanroom processes.

Focus on cGMP compliance, equipment maintenance, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Operate & maintain autoclaves, sealing machines, garment cubicle, CIP/SIP skids, fermenters, centrifuges.

Perform cleaning & sterilization of vessels, transfer lines, filling areas, and components.

Operate vial washing machine & sterilization tunnel.

Execute critical area cleaning & fogging using foggers.

Handle preventive maintenance & breakdowns of equipment (incl. PLC-based systems like Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi).

Support production team with day-to-day operations.

Maintain online documentation: BPRs, validation reports, SOP compliance.

Perform housekeeping & follow cGMP/regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

Education:

B.Tech/B.E. (Biochemistry, Biotechnology)

B.Sc (Chemistry)

Diploma (any specialization)

MBA/PGDM (Operations for managerial scope)

Experience: 2-6 years mandatory in pharmaceutical/biotech operations (not a fresher role).

Good communication & documentation skills.
