Customer Engagement: Continuous engagement with mapped portfolio customers, accurate interaction capture.
Call Handling & Query Resolution: Resolve queries as per defined service standards.
Promote Digital Banking: Encourage customers to use digital platforms.
Cross-Selling & Deepening Relationships:
Products like Demat, Bill Pay, Advisory, TPP, Assets, Cards, etc.
Profiling customers to pitch the right products.
Complaint Management: Accurate logging & resolution.
Retention & Attrition Control: Ensure portfolio stability.
Monitoring Accounts: Track large transactions, closures, and ensure retention.
Sales Achievement: Meet portfolio parameters & sales penetration goals.
Eligibility
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: 1-3 years (preferred in customer service, banking sales, or relationship management)
