Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience:

1-5 yrs in Mortgage Loan Processing (knowledge of loan docs, commercial guidelines, pre-closing & post-closing activities)

Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

Immediate joiners preferred

Perform pre-closing tasks (ordering appraisals, title/UCC searches, entity document checks, compliance validation)

Review loan documents for accuracy & guidelines compliance

Collaborate with RMs, Underwriters, Credit, and Operations for loan processing

Prepare loan documents using loan software/tools

Ensure high accuracy, timely delivery & policy compliance

Handle exceptions, escalate issues & support client servicing
