Job Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 customer support (inbound calls & emails).

Ensure complete issue resolution & customer satisfaction.

Log all cases & interactions accurately in internal tools (ServiceNow preferred).

Provide recruitment support (new applicants, rehires).

Guide employees on self-service HR portals.

Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams,

Maintain SLA, quality standards & process compliance.

Keep knowledge repositories updated (DTPs, SharePoint).

Skills & Requirements

Any graduate with 1-5 years of HR service delivery/customer support experience.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

Proficient in MS Office, Ticket Tracking Systems (ServiceNow), ERP tools.

Quick learner, detail-oriented, positive attitude.

Comfortable working in night shifts (5 PM-5 AM window).

Current location: Mumbai (mandatory).
