Job Responsibilities

Process order requests received via email/calls.

Handle inbound calls, assist customers with queries.

Respond to email queries regarding orders/accounts.

Review pending orders and coordinate with internal teams.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate with min. 1 year of international customer service experience.

Excellent written & verbal English communication.

Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable with 24×7 US shifts.
